OK this may be a dumb question but I am not used to the older style remotes with the fast idle lever. My question is, there are two knobs if you will underneath the ignition key. What is their purpose?

I've looked around everywhere and can't find any information on them. Thanks for the help!

One is a connector for accessories such as tach or trim gauge. There a three contacts: +12V from key switch, ground, tach signal.
The other knob is for adjusting the throttle friction. It is adjusted that the throttle lever does not move itself but is still easy to handle.
