1993 Evinrude 200 Vindicator cracked cylinder wall..Options?

Hey everyone,

I have a 1993 Evinrude Vindicator Model: VE200SLETF with a cracked #5 Cylinder wall. There is a large piece missing from one of the ports to another. This piece fell into the piston and is now a melted mess atop the Cylinder itself.

What are my options? Can I get it re-sleeved?

Everything else on the motor is good. What are your recommendations?

I am not sure what you are describing. if you just have damage to the sleeve, the I guess you could get it resleeved. if the actual block is damaged you may not be able to fix it. If you have a good machine shop nearby, drop it off and get an estimate. you can get a whole used motor newer and in good running condition for around $2500
