evinrude or not?

Hi, I've just purchased a small boat and outboard. the cover has been painted and the only distinguishing marks are the serial no. b002303 model e5balcss, can anyone clarify that this is an evinrude and how many hp and what year?
also can you still get a manual for it?

seems like it could be a 1980 evinrude 4.5 hp . manuals should be available.

im not %100 sure of the year, but it seems right . go to marineengine.com for manuals, parts, diagrams etc. ( are you sure its not rhl instead of bal ?) a pic would help alot.

Long shaft, 4.5 HP, 1980, should have AC output.
