The engine mount on this is model #15034 1961. I have now received, from two different sources, OEM part # 306210, baffle plate. In both instances the port center bolt hole is not there. It is a lug extending from the port side of the baffle plate with the bolt hole thru it. There is a lug on the opposite side of the baffle with a bolt hole through it which is redundant. The two gaskets that go with this baffle are correct. Can anyone enlighten me as the what the **%^ is going on.
Thanks guys.

I have given up investigating further and have come to the conclusion that the transom mount had been switched. The deflector plate does not not fit over the end of the crankshaft on this motor. 1968 and later do not use the deflector plate. Refitted the power head using only the gasket and sent it on its way
