Boat Rookie wanting an 89 Stratos 289 FS with 200 HP Johnson

Need Help! Looking at buying an 89 Stratos 289 Fish & Ski w/ 89 Johnson 200 (belive its a looper). Do Stratos boats have solid hulls?? Boat needs carpet and electronics (fish finder etc...) has 89 evenrude troller (old square head). Does anyone know how the 289's should be equipped (# of live wells, storage, on board chargers, batts etc...). Susposedly powerhead was rebuilt in last two years owner says compression is good but not sure of readings?? Should compression be in the 90's??

Any advice is welcome and needed.

Don't know anything about boat. But the compression numbers are good. Average is around 90's for a good power head. No more than 10% variation between top and low number though. If it is 10% then it's time for a rebuild.
