Convert Remote Electric to Tiller?

Well, by now, I'm really on a roll...or rather, you guys are on a roll. I haven't posted a query yet that you haven't made me smarter than I was. So, now, considering my 1995/1996 Evinrude 15 HP 2-Cycle Long Shaft Remote Electric (whew...got that all in in one statement)...is it worthwhile from the aspect of work, aggravation, cost to consider trying to convert this remote electric back to a tiller, even though it probably never was a tiller to begin with?

Keeping in mind that I do not have a model number i.d. plate with this engine.

Whadaya think?
