my 2006 etec 250hp is VERY difficult to start when cold (almost impossible) I have changed all the normal stuff, plugs, tstats, etc but same problem. seems to start run ok after fully warmed up. found 5 of the 6 plugs heavily (black) carbon fouled at fall layup. just speaking to a dealer he says the engine sounds like it is running too cold therefore fouling the plugs. is there any way to adjust this or does it have to be done thru the ecu?
