Ah crap.. In Haste i ordered one off o ebay.. It was new old stock.. odd thing is its a reverse pitch propeller. I wonder what this thing fits?

Heh Heh - well, going backwards won't be difficult, and you can turn the motor around 180 degrees to go forward!

I agree. You could just mount it on the bow like an electric trolling motor while you're at it too. That way you can still reach the controls and stuff. It would get you some looks for sure at the lake. That prop must be for a motor in the Southern Hemisphere, where everything spins backwards :)

does the two or three blade make a difference. Its going on the back of my canoe. I would like to keep it original if possible...

I've used both as kicker motors. I couldn't tell any difference 2 vs. 3 blade.

Ditto. I don't think it would make much of a difference one way, or the other, on a motor that small. My little 3 hp has a 3 balde prop, but I've seen much more powerful mud motors and the like with 2 blade props. I think the overall size, direction of spin and pitch are more important than the number of blades.
