what to do with 90model 200 johnson

I have a 1990 modle 200 hp johnson limited edition. I have been running motor seen no major loss of speed just wanted to go to a efi for better fuel mileage. When i pulled it off last night i did a compression check on it and to my suprise i got 100 -95plds on 5 cylinders and 80 plds on another. Would you advertise this motor as a running motor or a needs to be rebuilt motor? i was going to sell it with controlers for $700 not sure what to do with it?

Maybe do a decarb on it and see if the compression comes up a bit.

Some may disagree with me, but I think if it was mine, and I wasn't having any problems with it, I would list it as a running motor and not lose a lot of sleep over it.

As long as it's running good for you now, sell it as a running mtr. It may just need a good decarb as said above.
