1978 Intruder Identification Johnson or Evinrude

I have a 1978 outboard with the Model # 150TL78S. In all my research, I can not find a Evinrude 150 with this model number. I only find it in Johnson. I know they are identical and really dont care except as to knowing the truth. I can always re-decal. But the cover states Evinrude Intruder 150. Has someone changed covers or am I missing in research?
Also, can anyone give me some information on yhis engine, good, efficient, bad etc...?

Someone has installed later model decals as Intruder is a 60? engine not a crossflow....
