How To Install a Moeller Water Separating Fuel Filter System

I purchased a boat with an uninstalled Moeller water separation filter. The previous owner didn't have the instructions.
It has an input and output on the left and the right for a total of four connections. The two on the left have plugs in them the ones on the right have hose barbs on them. I'm not sure how to connect the fuel lines or where to put the fuel bulb. I could guess but would rather be sure.

On top of the housing there are arrows indicating flow directions. You may most likely have in and out at same side or opposite side, you decide. Just move around the plugs. Bulb between engine and filter.
