Johnson 28 special altitude adjustment

I am looking for advice on jet adjustments needed to get my motor to run good at higher altitudes. Do you start by leaning it or enriching. Also do you need to run the mixture differently?

You keep the mixture, but will have to 'lean' it out.
With less air, you must reduce the fuel accordingly.
