Tips to get upper water pipe grommet out on 7.5 Evinrude fleetwin

Any tips on how to get that grommet/seal out from up inside the lower leg of the motor - where the copper pipe goes up into?
Same with replacement?

Yes. Take the power head off. Not as hard as it looks.

Thanks, I am sorry but I didnt make myself clear - I need to remove the rubber part that the copper pipe fits into in the leg - there is one in the impeller housing and I see one in the upper part of the leg - I guess I need to get some long needle nose pliers and pull it out?
