Engine idles good when first started but starts hard and idles rough after WOT run. Already had all 6 carbs rebuilt, runs good at WOT, mechanic says everything checks good but manual directs him to timing base assy. I can't find this part on the schematic. Tach works fine,Idle fluctuates between 600-700 rpms. Help!
