parts from here mallory or sierra. what is best

looking at head gasket set. about 10 bucks difference. does it really matter which ones i use.does anyone prefer one over the other?

I use sierra all the time but when i rebuilt a 200 venom last year i went with mallory parts,internals,,gaskets, i just figured they were better ! i don't think there would be any differance in a head gasket.

I also have used quite a bit of sierra parts without any problems, I have never used any mallory parts.
