My 1994 88hp spl seems to have a trim problem. The tilt seems to be okay. At home the trim is working but in the water when throttled up motor goes all the way down and i cant trim it. When i stop the trim will lift engine. I removed filled screw on the starboard side and clean fluid pours out. Oh and at home I put all of my 180 or so pounds and trim doesn't budge. One more thing, what if ,in the mean time, I use a 10" bolt to manually adjust trim up a little for a little more speed, until I can get to this problem? Any Ideas?
