Running motor on the hose I heard this will happen untill the thermos open.
Well I pinched the top of both thermo. off and reinstalled the as well as the white vavles too keep as much back pressure as possiable while letting the motor flush out build up that has been blocking the thermos.
from opening and causing an overheat. I will install new ones after a few trips on the water.
But about the Exhaust and lack of water at the prop could it be bad gasket in L.U. letting exhaust gas push water out the vents is this ok or must it be replaced.
Also excessive smoke. But have not installed QL77's yet

Am I just pernoied I do not want to melt this motor down. The shrimp run is on!

Are you sure the impeller is working ok? Could be that "build up" is blocking the flow from the impeller. Is there a stream of water coming out of the pee hole?

Yes new waterpump kit - teltale has good flow I just thought my 50hp spit most of the water from the exhaust through the prop. I just want to be sure its right.
Thanks
