vr02 system

i have a 95 johnson 130, when i get the boat out of storage, i have found that i have to drain the carbs of oil, in order to start the engine, is there maybe something wrong with the fuel/oil pump assebly, or is this normal for stoarage.

Well. if you left the carbs full of fuel, the gasoline would have evaporated leaving the oil behind....

Check the cap on your remote oil tank to make sure it's vented. When the boat sits the oil tank can build up pressure causing your prob.
