At the risk of setting off a firestorm I'll say that I have alwys used the Pennzoil TCW 3 or the Wally World TCW3 and have never had a problem with either. The only problem I have with name brand is that they are awfully proud of their brand in terms of price.

The two cheapest things you can buy for a mtr is GOOD oil and good fuel. TCW-3 has to meet certain specs for somebody to lable as such but the OEM's put more additives in them than what Wally World does and ect. To each his own.
