1999 60 hp vro comp test

it has been seting four years they said it ran good when they put it in the shed i did a test on it top 105 center 105 bottom 120 wont start i know ill have to clean the carbs dont know much about the numbers any thoughts about the numbers would be a great help thanks

If it has been sitting that long you might get better numbers after you get it running. Those numbers are good enough to get the engine started.

do you think its worth 500.00 i have the same one with a hole in the piston so i have a ton of parts thats why i want to get it no such thing as too many parts

If there is no water in the lower unit, and if it has good spark and those compression numbers it would be worth that kind of money in my neck of the woods.
