Water Pump Kit O ring question

Need some help.

I bought a Sierra water pump kit 18-3392. This is going on a 1981 Evinrude 90hp. My motor had a an OMC kit before. The Sierra kit is a little different.
The kit has 4 O rings, one is the drive shaft spline seal and another is the pump housing O ring . but the other 2 I cant figure out where they go.

The picture below doesn't show the drive shaft spline seal, the other 2 O rings are the one's in question.

Sierra kits usually have excess parts, the same kit fits a number of applications. Use what you need out of the kit and disreguard the extra parts.

That's another reason I buy OEM kits.
