1979 55 HP Evinrude out board motor

I have a 55hp ENINRUDE OUT BOARD MOTOR 1979 on a 16 foot ponntoon. one day I get about 5100 RPM but now the average RPM I am getting is 3,000. I had the engine checked, Replaced gas lines, but nop power

What would be the average Speed and RPM at full throttle

What was the outcome of the spark and compression tests? Was the fuel delivery checked, was it OK.
It sounds like you are dropping a cylinder.
