I do not own a service manual for this Jewel, My question is how to adjust for low speed. Runs beautifully medium to high revs but cuts out when slowing down. I.E. to dock. I see a bunch of linkages on the side of the motor and there is two big Screws there is either one of these for adjusting speed.
