I replaced the spark plugs and the inline filter. It starts right up and idles fine, when I get up to about 4500 rpm's or more it sometimes starts running real ruff until I back off the throttle, but when i give it gas again it still runs ruff. So I shut it off and let it set a minute it's fine until I go up to 4500 rpm's.
