Engine cover molding & rubber mount needed for 56 30 HP Evinrude Mod 25924 S/N 07237

I have completed restoring this engine. As the photos show, the last two parts I need are the two strips of rubber (?) molding (gasket) that run between the engine cover and engine.

I am also missing one of the rubber mounts for the cover - see photo.

Does anyone have or know where I can source these parts?
