Has to be in the engine compartment somewhere if it has one. This could have been an accessorie. Check Shop.Evinrude.com, look up your mtr and it shows it in there.

If you cant see it when you look directly down at the motor form inside the boat you dont have one. usually they are right behing the block. and they were an "extra" accessorie...i took mine out they constricted water flow to the motor to much and mad it run WAY to hot.
