200 johnson venom compression?

have a 94 200 johnson venom compression is 120 on all right hand cylinders and 90 on all left hand cylinders the motor is running good when it cranks. i have to pump gas past the primer with the bulb to get it to start and then it runs fine for the rest of the day. anyone got any ideas

have you tried doing a decarb? might bring all your numbers up

i havent done anything to the motor was just needing to know where to start? and what exactly is decarb?
