1993 Johnson Commercial 115hp VRO model#?

Looking at possibly purchasing a 1993 Johnson commercial 115 vro & looking at the list of model #'s to confirm that the engine is what it is, this model # doesnt exist according to the file on this site.
My main concern is confirming its a 115 & not a 90, help
Any info on this powerplant would be appreciated, the good, the bad, etc..

I havent asked the owner many questions at this point as im just trying to educate myself without his influence.
Model# J100WTLETD
He is certain its a 115hp, is this possible even though the the model tag on the transom bracket says its 100hp? Assuming the bracket is the original..
What makes a 100 into a 115, just carbs or is it a different internally?

there is two possibilities, he is a crook, or he has no idea, just pick which one seems to fit.
