What year/model is my Evinrude Fleetwin 7.5hp?

HI,

I have an evinrude fleetwin 7.5 hp outboard motor with serial no: 7522-10185

It also has the number 2033742 stamped on the throttle side of the engine head.

Trying to figure out what year it is... It has the blue cover, have some pics but you get the idea if you've seen this type of motor before.

What year is this??

I have a 1953 evenrude fleettwin the fule filter is a stone with a hole in it is that what its supposed to be?
