Sounds like a bad relay ?
Black box with black, red, blue , green wires going in.
Remove two screws in cover & swap the two
little square relays.
If the problem reverse's , replace relay.
Ok I got home today and I swapped the trim relays around and only the down still worked. Where should I start looking now, in the controller? Do I need to take the whole feeakin thing apart and clean the parts? I'm not an electrical person so lamen terms will help
Unplug round plug going into black box, 5 wires
(red blue green black & white)
Look at all pins & sockets and see if there all in good shape.
If there ok unplug 3 wire plug from trim switch at control box.
Jump a wire from red pin to blue pin (harness going to Motor)
If it goes up switch is bad.
Blue wire is up green wire is down red is power.
Big flop! Thanks man.....really thanks. I ran red to blue and it came up just like it should. I'm guessing the switch is out, so I suppose its time to take it apart and replace the switch and make sure wires are clean. anyway.....at this point at least the motor can be tilted up. big props big flop, let me know if I can help you in anything!
