Ok, so far have I rebuilt all the carbs, cleaned jets, set timing, link and sync, new plugs, new fuel line from the tank to fuel pump, new racor fuel filter. The motor will idle like a champ and jumps right out of the hole. It will run at 4k plus rpms great for about a minute then just stops dead in the water. It will then crank and start right back up and idle just fine. Now when running high rpms the top carb gives a little spray out of the low speed jet whereas the middle and bottom don't. The top spark plug def shows that cylinder appears to be running lean. Now if I run it up to only about 2-2500 rpms, it will keep going just fine. What to check now? I am going to get a new primer bulb on there this morning just for good measure. Can something in the fuel pump cause this somehow? It is the original VRO pump but the oil side is plugged and I'm running premix.

Does your primer bulb go flat when it dies?

No, but it was old and pretty hard.
