You can purchase a brand new control box from any Bombardier dealer. You will need to purchase an adapter cable to make it work with your old harness. An expensive proposition. You also could purchase a used control box from someone. They are all pretty much the same. From 1973 through 1995. Come in two versions: with power trim switch and without. Some later control boxes have the emergency stop lanyard as an added feature. If you are feeling handy, you could rebuild it based on the factory parts diagram on the Bombardier wesite: epc.brp.com.
