1998 40HP Evinrude COLOR CODE!

Hey guys. I am having a hell of a time matching up the paint on my cowling. It appears black and i've gotten so many different color codes for this year and noone seems to be 100 percent sure on it's color. it has a metallic flake in it. Code 777175 says it's dark blue but it sure loooks black to me! Does anyone have any clue as to the color code and how i can obtain a few cans of this?

any help would be SOOO much appreciated.
