hello to everyone new to the fourms glad to be here seems like a real good bunch of people i just purchased a 89 suntracker 24 ft partybarge and i was trying to look the year of the motor up with the evinrude chart but no luck was wondering if someone could help me out here
it is a 60hp evinrude tracker model number TE60TL6EA

You have misread the number.

It is I think it is "CE " not "6E"

T = Tracker
E = Evinrude
60 = 60 Hp
T = Tilt and trim - Electric start
L = Long shaft
CE = 1989
A is a production suffix
