Evinrude 2.5 Help

I'm looking for a bit of help here...

We have a Evinrude 2.5 (late 80's I believe) that I'm trying to find a few parts for.

First, I'm looking for a replacement fuel tank pin (the pin that holds the tank secure in the cradle).

Second, I'm looking for the part that hold the motor up when tilted out of the water. Mine tilts, but seems to be missing the piece that will hold it up.

I'm not sure how to identify what year the motor is, any help there as well?

The model number will indicate the year. Look for a tag on the transom bracket. If you post the model number here, someone can decode it for you.

The model number will identify the year. It should be on an ID plate on the transom clamp bracket along with the serial number etc.

I think it will be either 1987, model number E3RCUA or 1988 model number E3RCCM

BTW the correct fuel mix is 50:1 even if the owners manual or any decals still say 100:1
