My 95 Evinrude 28 HP 2 stroke will start excellent, run fine at trolling speed but when I start to accerlerate after a few seconds the motor will start to hesitate and then will cut off very abruptly. It fires right back up with no hesitation and as long as I keep it at trolling speeds no problems. Replaced spark plugs and the fuel line from the tank to the motor with no change. Thanks for any suggestions
