57 Evinrude Gas Tank Hose Length

I bought a new dual line hose for my 18 Evinrude and it came in a 10' length. I am curious what length of hose came on the tanks when new. Anyone have that info? I am guessing 6' but i don't know.

I'm sure they were longer than 6', but not sure just how much longer. Probably 10-12 ft. They were intentionally long enough to allow putting the tank forward in the boat for balance. That said, probably over half never got uncoiled from the tank.
