1998 Johnson 70HP EFI

I have twin 70's on my boat and the last time I ran them was the end of last summer. I did not run the gas out during their last run (not sure if you need to do this with an EFI motor) however, when I try to run them now they will only start with Sure Start and then quickly die. I got a portable gas can with a new hose/fuel line and they still won't run. Both have the identical problem.

Please be more specific about what engines you have. '98 EFI does not compute.
