90 HP Johnson 4 stroke 2003 blown wiring harness

I'm looking at a boat which has a 2003 90HP johnson 4 stroke. The current owner ran the battery down and attempted to jump with jumper cables. I know that (at the very minimum) he fried the wiring harness. What else should I be concerned about? The computer?

How can I quickly test for any further damage?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am going to say you are going to need to replace the harness..computer and alot of the other delicate electrical parts...

the wireing harness alone is over500.00 and the dont list the cost of the computer....
