hey folks, got a deal on a boat. it has a 40 hp 89 evinrude. the manual tilt cable is broke? the little set screw that hides access to cable end on transom mount is stripped. tilt stuck in its current position. now what? drill? tap out? any ideas would be appreciated. also anyone have a pdf schematic file?
