Ficht Fuel Pump

I have 1999 Ficht 150 and my fuel pump has started to slip up and leak gas. I have pushed it down and re-tightened clamp but it slides up again and exposes two o-rings. I have since fastened down with tie straps temporarily. Does anyone know what is causing it to slip up even when the clamp is tight?

I think you need a clearer explanation of what is happing here. Slides up ??? Which fuel pump, high or lower presure?

Seaman, It is the one in the very back of engine which has the shaft with 2 o-rings on it. Dont know if high or low pressure.
