Torque and pattern for 33hp Evinrude?

My dad just got a boat but the head gasket was blown. He was wondering how much to torque the bolts at and the pattern. He thinks it's a 1970 Evinrude.

168-192 Inch pounds. Start in the center and work outward in a spiral pattern. Do not take it to full torque the first time around, but go in increments.
