i just bought a 9.9 extra long shaft sailmaster. started it up and run great for about 4 minutes so i kenw it was time to take carb off to clean. took it apart and just what i thought[ a mess] decided to go and get a rebuild kit. question is the idle needle mixture needle valve was one turn out. is that correct? also do i really need to take out the two lead plugs to really clean out? i soaked it in laquer thinner fow a long while then blew out real good. will that be enough? thanks ken
