A couple rusted head bolts

I noticed a couple of head bolts rusting on my Johnson 130 motor. I've attached a couple pics. These are on the same side (port), one on the top cylinder, two on the bottom. No other bolts are rusting at all. Can I simply try to remove the rusted bolts and replace them or would I need to remove all, replace a gasket and replace bolts? What if the bolt heads round off or are so rusted a socket won't grip? What options would I have? Is this something I can attempt myself or should I call a mechanic? I have one that does house calls.

TIA!

I saw something very similar to that on my tractor, a mouse had a nice little nest on the motor, you could see right where the mouse pis was running down the motor and corroded all in its path.
I think you could replace the bolts without disturbing anything, 'IF' you can get them out.
