I am only guessing that you have a 4 stroke 70 EFI. Your post is too vague on that. Please give us the model number and spell out rather than acronym.
Your Owner Manual or Service Manual will decode the error lights. I think that engine is too complex to try to maintain without a Service Manual. I had the Suzuki version and needed mine even after 50 years of experience with outboards.
