2001 40HP Johnson

Problem Motor will run well for about 30 to 45 min & then will drop one
cylinder. About 15 min or so the cylinder will refire & run well.
I have changed the coil & power pack. Carb's have been rebuilt.
Any idea's

Is it dropping the cylinder because due to lack of spark or lack of fuel? Check for spark when the cylinder drops.
