They are great little motors and seem to run forever on very little fuel. We just spent a few days and used my buddies 73 - 4HP as a kicker. Moved his 18 foot boat with the top up @ approx. 1.9 to 3 MPH and we figured it was using about one liter of gas per hour. It doesn't get any cheaper than that. Rick.
