removing johnson 25hp starter bracket to take off carb.

I have a 1999 25 hp electric start Johnson that I need to remove the starter and bracket inorder to remove the carb. for cleaning. Is there a way to get the starter out of the way without having to dismantle the top half of engine inorder to remove starter bracket? I have removed all of the bolts and nuts that I can see holding the starter bracket and starter on only to have it all still solid. Thanks for any help.

Thanks alot for the parts break down on the starter bracket. Once I found the bolt on the bottom from the parts list and disconected the spark advance the starter and bracket came off, and then I could get to the carb bolt. I would never have found the bottom bolt without the parts list.
