no model number tag on my early 70's Evinrude?

I just got a boat with an older Evinrude outboard motor. I have searched all over the transom clamp and no tag was found. I also searched all of the welsh plugs and they were all new without any model numbers. I searched everything I could on the block with any disassembly to no avail. WHERE ARE THE NUMBERS AT? I know that the cover says 85 but the owner said his mechanic told him it was a 115. The head castings are for a 1971 100HP Johnson. Please help. Thank you

2 spots that you can't find, the best you could do is find some casting numbers somewhere on the motor, maybe heads or carbs and post a pic.

The only reason transom tags are gone and welch plugs are "new" is for tracking, sorry to say it- sounds like a stolen motor.
