last fall I was having issues trying to start the motor and found that there was no spark after pulling off the throttle bar and looking to see if everything was connected which it was put it back together and thought maybe it was the kill switch. I uncliped it and cliped it back again and the motor started. This spring I had spark issue's again but could not get it to start until I did the same thing with the kill switch. But now the motor will not turn off after it starts fine. I sent the motor to a repair place and they thought it was the power pack, replaced that and it did not solve the shut off problem so it is not the power pack that is causing the issue. I hope it is something simple that I and the mechanic are overlooking.
